Businesses will pay 1.57% less for power tomorrow. After trading closed, the Bulgarian Independent Energy Exchange said day-ahead power for October 3 averaged 136.46 euros per megawatt-hour, excluding VAT.

Yesterday's trades for today's deliveries closed at an average of 138.63 euros per megawatt-hour.

Tomorrow, power will cost an average of 86.53 euros per megawatt-hour during peak hours, from 9am to 8pm. During off-peak hours — 1am to 8am and 9pm to midnight — the price jumps to an average of 186.40 euros.

Traders sold 101,018.93 megawatt-hours for tomorrow in total.

In the intraday market, 60-minute contracts averaged 98.46 euros per megawatt-hour, excluding VAT, while 15-minute contracts averaged 124.65 euros for the day.
