Police confirmed that the incident took place on August 30 on the road section connecting the villages of Sokolovo and Dragovo. The driver, for reasons currently unknown, lost control of the vehicle and crashed into a roadside tree. The impact was extremely strong, which led to the driver's serious injuries. Immediately after the incident, he was transported to the hospital, where doctors admitted him in critical condition. An investigation is yet to clarify all the circumstances surrounding the crash, including whether there were other factors that contributed to the serious collision.
