In incidents on pedestrian crossings for 2022, 6 children were injured, and by April 2023 - the same number. Fortunately, there are no fatalities. The study reports that Sofia is at the bottom in terms of securing bike lanes.
A worrying case from Blagonevgrad shows that the fight for the lives of children on the road continues - a 16-year-old boy was hit by a 19-year-old driver on a pedestrian crossing. The children have no serious injuries.
