Urgent appeal for blood in Burgas after the tragedy with a bus near Malko Tarnovo

The University Multiprofile Hospital for Active Treatment in Burgas is making an urgent appeal to citizens to donate blood for the victims of the serious accident with a bus near the border checkpoint "Malko Tarnovo". Among the injured are Ukrainian citizens, transported urgently to the medical facility and in need of blood transfusions.

Some of the victims were taken to Malko Tarnovo, and the most seriously injured – to UMBAL – Burgas. According to doctors, some of them need blood donation for subsequent operations and stabilization of their condition. Against this background, the hospital and the relatives of the victims are calling on the residents of Burgas and the region to respond and donate blood.

Representatives of the Ukrainian community in Burgas are also joining the appeal, reminding that among the victims there are women and elderly people who went on a short trip to Turkey. For them and for the medical teams, every blood donation is not just a gesture of empathy, but specific, measurable help.
