The Russian military fleet is protecting shadowy tankers, violating international sanctions.

According to analyst Mark Douglas, on June 16th, the first case was registered in which the Russian Navy openly defended the shadow fleet with military force. The video recordings show how two sanctioned tankers and a Russian military ship coordinated the timing of their passage through the English Channel in order to be able to head towards Russia for loading with oil. The corvette "Boiky", the tanker SELVA (known as "NOSTOS/NAXOS"), which is under British sanctions, and the tanker SIERRA ("SUVOROVSKY PROSPECT"), against which sanctions have been imposed by the UK and EU, participated in the operation.
