Former Deputy Mayor of Varna, Dian Ivanov, was subjected to questioning by the prosecutor"s office, a leading Bulgarian news agency has learned. This information surfaced during the pleadings of the lawyers defending the two municipal councilors, Nikolay Stefanov and Yordan Kateliev. The hearing took place in the Sofia City Court.
