A 21-year-old pedestrian from Sredets was injured in a road accident on Democracy Blvd. in Burgas after suddenly entering the roadway and being hit by a car.

A young man from Sredets was injured in an accident on "Democracy" Boulevard in Burgas yesterday around 2 PM. The 21-year-old pedestrian suddenly entered the roadway towards the Cosmos Hotel and was hit by a Peugeot 206 car driven by a 75-year-old woman from Burgas. As a result of the collision, the pedestrian suffered injuries to both forearms. After an examination at the University Hospital - Burgas, he was released for home treatment. Authorities are investigating the cause of the accident.
