Changes in the Ustroystven Plan of the village of Cherni Vrah - owners want redistribution of properties

The Municipality of Kameno informs the interested parties about the started administrative procedure for amending the detailed spatial plan of the village of Cherni vrah. The purpose is to change the yard regulation and to establish new regulated land properties in quarter 8, while preserving the residential zone for low-rise construction. The owners of the affected properties have the right to submit written objections, proposals and requests regarding the project within 14 days after the announcement.

The Directorate "Spatial Planning, EU Projects, Construction, Tourism and Culture" at Kameno Municipality informs the owners of parts of UPI II-87, III-87, IV-87 and V-87 in block 8 according to the regulation plan of the village of Cherni vrah that an administrative procedure for amendment of the detailed spatial plan (DRP) of these properties is underway.

The affected owners are DoPenko Stoyanov Benkov, Tanya Stoyanova Bobova, Filka Andonova Dzhakova and Stoyan Andonov Dzhakov, who own ideal parts of the land properties with identifier 80916.501.87 according to the cadastral map and cadastral registers of the village of Cherni vrah. Kameno Municipality is also an interested party, as part of UPI II-87 represents a land property with identifier 80916.501.616.

The purpose of the project for amendment of the DRP is to change the yard regulation of the above-mentioned UPIs and to establish new regulated land properties, while preserving the zoning zone Zhm - a residential zone for low-rise construction.

The project for amendment of the DRP is displayed for consideration in the building of the Directorate "UTESTK" (technical service) at Kameno Municipality every working day from 8:30 to 17:15. On the basis of Art.128, para.3 and para.5 of the Spatial Planning Act, interested parties may submit written objections, proposals and requests regarding the project to the directorate within 14 days from the publication of the announcement.
