A partial evacuation was conducted today in a shopping mall in Varna following a fire. The incident was reported at 2:22 PM.
The fire engulfed the ventilation pipes of a doner kebab preparation and sales outlet located on the second floor of the building.
Thick smoke spread through parts of the shopping mall, causing concern among visitors and staff. The scene was filled with confusion and anxiety as staff directed customers towards the exits.
Four fire crews from Varna immediately responded to the scene. The fight against the flames lasted for some time, but the firefighters_q_ quick and efficient intervention prevented more serious damage.
Fortunately, there were no injuries, which is an extremely positive outcome in such situations. After extinguishing the fire, a thorough check of the building was conducted for additional hazards.
Later, the police reported that the fire was completely under control and the doner kebab outlet was operating again. Despite the quick extinguishing of the fire and the lack of casualties, the incident raises questions about fire safety in commercial premises and the need for regular checks and maintenance of ventilation systems.
