Pomorie marked the Day of the Holy Brothers Cyril and Methodius, of the Bulgarian alphabet, enlightenment and culture, and of Slavic literature. The celebration began with a procession of teachers and students from kindergartens and schools, accompanied by the sounds of the Brass Orchestra of the "Ivan Vazov" High School in Pomorie. The participants, with measured steps and portraits of the holy brothers, reached the garden of the "Nativity of the Virgin Mary" church.
This was followed by a rich concert program, organized by the Municipal Children's Complex - Pomorie. The Vocal Group "Shturche" of the "Ivan Vazov" High School, the "Kalinka" group from the "Veselushko" Kindergarten, the "Margaritka" group from the "Detelina" Kindergarten, the Vocal Group "Sunchevi melodii" of the "Hristo Botev" Primary School, the Dance Formation of the "Hristo Botev" Primary School, the Vocal Group "Talanti" of the "Ivan Vazov" High School, Melisa Ivanova and Tsveta Kuseva from the "Aleko Konstantinov" Vocational High School, the XX Guard Squad of the "Ivan Vazov" High School, and the Children's Folklore Dance Ensemble "Rakovana" performed.

The Mayor of Pomorie Municipality, Ivan Aleksiev, greeted all the educational workers, thanking them for their dedicated work, inspiration and heart invested in building the future of Bulgaria. The Chairman of the Municipal Council, Adam Adamov, the Deputy Mayor, Yancho Iliev, municipal councilors, public figures, residents and guests of the city were also present at the celebration. The celebration ended with a long Bulgarian horo.
