First Accident in Burgas

The first accident occurred around 4:12 PM at the intersection of "Democracy" Boulevard and "San Stefano" Street in Burgas. A Mercedes E 280, with Burgas registration, driven by a Ukrainian citizen, made a left turn without giving way to a pedestrian. A 73-year-old woman from Burgas, crossing the street on a pedestrian crossing with a green light, was hit by the car. The woman suffered a pelvic fracture and was admitted for treatment at UMBAL - Burgas. Her condition is stable and there is no danger to her life. Second Accident in Nessebar

Just 23 minutes later, in Nessebar, on "P"rva" Street, near the "Selena_q_ Hotel, a similar accident occurred. This time, a Volvo XC 90, with Burgas registration, driven by a 65-year-old man from Burgas, was involved. Similar to the first case, the driver failed to give way to a pedestrian crossing on a pedestrian crossing. A 49-year-old woman from Yambol was injured, suffering bruises to her body. After examination by a medical team, the woman refused hospitalization. Although the consequences for her were not as severe, the case highlights the potential danger of carelessness on the road and the underestimation of the risks associated with a lack of sufficient vigilance on the part of drivers.
