A police patrol has reported a traffic accident in the area of the Humata bus stop in Pleven. It was found that a passenger car attempted to overtake a truck with Romanian registration, during which it hit the truck. Two passengers in the passenger car were slightly injured, but first aid was provided at the scene.

The signal for the road incident in Pleven was received by the regional police directorate around 10:30 am. A patrol car performing linear control in the area found that the incident occurred between a passenger car driven by a 74-year-old man and a commercial vehicle with Romanian registration. The driver of the passenger car tried to overtake the truck, which he hit on the left side. In the incident, two women traveling in the passenger car were slightly injured and received medical assistance on the spot. Traffic in the area was regulated by police officers. Alcohol and drug tests on the two drivers were negative. The guilty driver was sanctioned administratively.
