The Municipality of Pomorie has published a notice for an approved project to amend the detailed development plan - construction plan (DDP-CP) for a property in the town of Pomorie. The notice includes a list of interested parties and information on the possibility to get acquainted with the project and submit objections.

Based on the Spatial Planning Act (SPA) and the Administrative Procedure Code (APC), the Municipality of Pomorie announces an approved project for amendment of the Detailed Development Plan (DDP) for a property with identifier 57491.501.731 in block 255 of the town of Pomorie. The interested parties include individuals and legal entities such as "Evrotrans Service" EOOD, "Landlord Bulgaria" EOOD and others.

The project can be viewed in the "Spatial Planning, Environment and Construction" (SPEC) department of the municipality every Thursday from 9:30 to 12:00 and from 13:30 to 16:00. Phone for inquiries: 0596/ 2-63-24.

Objections to the approved project can be submitted to the Administrative Court - Burgas through the Municipality of Pomorie within 14 days from the publication of this announcement.
