The municipal administration of Pomorie has launched an official procedure for appointing a new director of the "Construction, Territory Planning, and Municipal Property" directorate. The competition is conducted in compliance with strict professional and regulatory requirements.
Candidates must possess a master's degree in technical sciences, specifically in the field of "Architecture, Construction, and Geodesy". The minimum professional experience is four years, with preference given to individuals with knowledge of state and local administration.
The competitive procedure includes three mandatory stages: initial document review, written test, and final interview. Candidates will only be allowed to proceed to the next round if they successfully pass the previous stage.
The written exam will test the professional competencies of candidates, including knowledge of municipal administration structure and specific regulatory requirements. The interview will be evaluated on a five-point scale, with a minimum threshold of three points for successful performance.
Required application documents include: standard application form, declaration of citizenship and judicial status, copies of educational documents, proof of professional experience, and CV. All copies must be certified as "True to the original".
The main responsibilities of the future director include supporting the formation of municipal policy in territorial planning, management of investment projects, and coordination between various administrative units.
The monthly salary for the position is 1077 leva, with the final amount depending on the professional experience of the winning candidate. The competition is conducted in accordance with current regulatory provisions for state administration.
Documents are accepted at the Administrative Service Center of Pomorie Municipality within ten calendar days of the announcement's publication. Candidates can submit documents in person, through a proxy, or electronically with an electronic signature.
Additional information and lists related to the competition will be published on the information board in the municipal building and on the official website pomorie.bg.
