The Municipality of Pomorie informs the public about a received notification for an investment proposal for the construction of residential buildings in two land plots in the locality of "Kosharite" on the territory of the city. The investor of the project is the company "Mobi Group" EOOD.

The Municipality of Pomorie officially notifies all interested natural and legal persons about a received notification through the Regional Inspectorate of Environment and Waters (RIEW) - Burgas regarding an investment proposal within the meaning of the Regulation on the terms and conditions for carrying out an environmental impact assessment (RCEIA). The investment proposal is for "Construction of residential buildings for own needs" on land plots with identifiers 57491.18.651 and 57491.18.652 according to the cadastral map (CM) of the city of Pomorie, in the locality "Kosharite", Municipality of Pomorie. The project's contracting authority is the company "Mobi Group" EOOD.
