The Municipality of Nesebar is undertaking large-scale disinfection and pest control measures in the region.

The local administration of Nessebar announces that in the period from May 15 to 16, 2025, a number of disinfection and deratization activities have been carried out on the territory of the municipality. The activities include the treatment of biotopes against mosquito larvae with a drone in the areas of the cities of Nessebar and Obzor, as well as the treatment with hot aerosol against flying insects in the same locations.

Additionally, in the period of March 15-16, 2025, treatments of green areas, parks, gardens, inter-block spaces, cemeteries and animal gatherings in the settlements of Nessebar, Ravda, Sveti Vlas, Kosharitsa, Tunkovo, Orizare, Gyulyovtsa, Obzor, Banya, Emona, Rakovsково, Priselci, Panitcovo and Koznitsa against ticks, fleas and other crawling insects have been carried out.

The Municipality of Nessebar informs that it will continue to carry out planned monthly disinfection and deratization treatments in the territory of the municipality, as well as additional ones if necessary. These measures have been taken in order to ensure a healthy and safe living environment for the local residents and guests of the region.

At the same time, a public discussion related to the Community-Led Local Development (CLLD) Strategy in the municipality has been held in Nessebar.
