The educational community in Plovdiv celebrates achievements and honors distinguished teachers and principals.

Deputy Minister of Education and Science Tanya Mihaylova emphasized that the successes of Plovdiv and the region are an example of dedication to the teaching profession. She pointed out that the city has a significant contribution to the start of the Mechanism for Encompassing between Institutions, whose goal is for every child and student to regularly attend kindergarten and school to be included.

The head of the Plovdiv Regional Inspectorate of Education, Ivanka Kirkova, stated that the award - a plaque, certificate of honor, and financial bonus - is presented annually for high professionalism, dedication, and contribution to the education, upbringing, and socialization of children and students. Among the guests at the ceremony were the Mayor of Plovdiv, Kostadin Dimitrov, the Director of the Institute of Education, Prof. Galin Tsokov, the Director of the National Center for Qualification of Pedagogical Specialists, Dimitar Asenov, Prof. D.Sc. Dora Lefterova from the Paisii Hilendarski University of Plovdiv, and others.

The event, organized by the Plovdiv Regional Inspectorate of Education, brought together dozens of representatives from the educational community, parents, students, and official guests to mark the achievements in the field of education in the region and to award the most prominent teachers and principals.
