New fire safety requirements for seasonal tourist facilities in Pomorie

Regarding the latest amendments and supplements to Ordinance No. 8121z-647 of 2014 on fire safety, published on May 27, 2025, the District Fire Safety and Population Protection Service in Pomorie informs the owners of seasonal tourist sites of their new obligations. These include maintenance of fire extinguishing devices, ventilation and fire alarm systems, as well as compliance with rules for evacuation, capacity and operation of movable sites.

New requirements have also been introduced for the safe construction and use of photovoltaic and solar systems. The fire control authorities will notify the owners preventively in June, and in case of non-compliance with the measures, they will bear administrative responsibility.
