Rotary Bulgaria Annual Conference: Significant Causes in Burgas
From May 15 to May 17, 2026, the Annual Conference of Bulgarian Rotary Clubs will be held at the "Bulgaria" Hotel in Burgas. The event brings together leaders, volunteers, and international guests, united by the mission of serving society.
"Rotary is an international organization that unites professionals in the name of change – from the eradication of polio to the support of young talents."
Program Highlights:
- May 15: Donors' Evening and presentation of "Paul Harris" awards.
- May 16: Official opening with the attendance of Virpi Honkala, representative of the Rotary International President.
- Global topics: Presentation on the "END POLIO NOW" initiative with guest speaker Matti Honkala from Finland.
- Social engagement: Meeting on the topic "The Path to Freedom: First-hand accounts of addiction and the helping hand of Rotary" with guest speaker Deyan Slavchev – Deo.
The forum will also honor the winners of the national art, literature, and photography competitions, focused on the prevention of aggression and addiction among young people.

Абе, хора, вижте сега – значи в Бургас ще правят тая конференция на Ротари? Добре де, хубаво е за града, винаги е добре да има някакви събития и гости. Но… наистина ли ще има нещо полезно от това, а? Не казвам, че всичко е само за показ, разбира се - може и да се свършат добри неща.
