Bulgaria's Central Election Commission is preparing information materials for the presidential and vice-presidential election on October 25, 2026. The commission says it has also launched a mobile app called "Elections 360."

The materials come in digital, video and audio form. They explain voters' rights and duties, deadlines, address registration and other questions about the vote.

The app was built together with Information Servicing JSC. It holds detailed information about the election and can be downloaded from the Google Play Store and the App Store.
