Over the past three days, on the territory of the Regional Directorate of the Ministry of Interior - Burgas, seven thefts, five other criminal offenses, and three traffic accidents were registered. Ten police proceedings have been initiated. 28 crimes have been solved.
On June 12 around 4:45 am in Sozopol, employees of the Sozopol Police Station stopped for inspection a "Porsche Cayenne" vehicle driven by a 37-year-old woman from Sofia, who was driving under the influence of alcohol with a concentration of 2.69 per mille. She refused to provide a blood sample. The woman was detained for 24 hours, and the vehicle was seized.
On June 13 around 6:02 am, the Nessebar Police Station received a report of an incident at the "Funny Pub" fast-food establishment in Sunny Beach, in which a 20-year-old girl from Kalitinovo inflicted stab wounds on three men. The injured were transported to the University Hospital - Burgas. The perpetrator was charged as a defendant and detained for 72 hours.
On June 13 around 6:55 pm, the Aytos Police Station received a report from a 43-year-old woman from Burgas that during her drive from the village of Ruen to Aytos, another driver pulled out a gun. As a result of joint actions with employees of the Second Police Station - Burgas, a "Volkswagen" vehicle driven by a 23-year-old man from the village of Bilka, who handed over a legally owned gas signal pistol, was stopped. The man was detained for 24 hours.
On June 13 around 9:30 pm, employees of the Nessebar Police Station conducted a search in a residence in the "Stadiona" neighborhood, inhabited by two men - a 47-year-old from Levski and a 42-year-old from Sofia, and found and seized about 15 grams of dry green herbal matter (cannabis), owned by the 47-year-old.
On June 14 around 8:44 pm, employees of the Road Police sector responded to a report of a traffic incident with material damage in the "Izgrev" residential complex, in which a "Honda Jazz" vehicle driven by a 71-year-old resident of Burgas collided with a "Mercedes" vehicle. The Burgas resident was tested for alcohol and showed 1.29 per mille.
On June 14 around 11:30 pm, the Nessebar Police Station received a report of a theft in the lobby bar of a hotel in Obzor of a mobile phone and 2,000 Polish zlotys and 540 euros, property of a 71-year-old Polish tourist. The perpetrator, a 60-year-old German, was detained.
Employees of the Fifth Police Station - Burgas detained two 25-year-old men from Karnobat and Sliven, who on June 12 committed a theft of coins from a coffee machine in the "Izgrev" residential complex and a day later a theft from a fish shop at the "Veleka" market in the same complex. During a search of the Karnobat resident, three wraps of dry green-brown matter ("crushed tea") were found and seized.
On June 15 around 0:50 am in Sungurlare, expedited proceedings were initiated against a 63-year-old man who drove a vehicle after consuming alcohol with a concentration of 1.88 per mille.
On June 15 around 5:21 am on the road between Sozopol and Chernomorets, due to alcohol consumption, a "BMW 320" vehicle driven by a 23-year-old resident of Sofia with 1.88 per mille of alcohol was involved in a single-vehicle accident. The driver was detained for 24 hours.
On June 15 around 2:45 pm on the Burgas - Varna road, a "Seat Altea" vehicle driven by a 51-year-old man from the village of Poroy with 1.88 per mille of alcohol was stopped. He refused to provide a blood sample and was detained for 24 hours.
On June 13 around 11:36 am on "Konstantin Velichkov" Street in Burgas, a 79-year-old cyclist, due to loss of control, was involved in an accident and suffered a broken femoral neck of the left leg.
On June 13 around 5:08 pm in the area of the intersection of "Trakia" and "Georgi Minkov" Streets in Burgas, an individual electric vehicle driven by a 33-year-old resident of Sofia collided with an "Alfa Romeo 147" vehicle driven by a 25-year-old resident of Burgas. The Sofia resident was tested for alcohol and showed 0.74 per mille, and the Burgas resident - a positive test for amphetamine.
On June 14 around 8:37 pm on the road between the villages of Krastina and Vinarsko, an "Opel Frontera" vehicle driven by a 72-year-old man from the village of Vinarsko failed to yield the right of way to a moving "Audi A3" vehicle driven by a 19-year-old youth from the village of Krastina.
