Within the next 24 hours, everyone in the area of the village will receive an urgent message warning of the impending dangers. The text of the message is categorical: "Heavy rainfall is expected! Access to the Elenite holiday village, Nesebar Municipality, is restricted today at 15:00 hours! Do not enter the territory of the village! Follow the instructions of the Ministry of Interior and Fire Safety!"
