An initiative committee for the nomination of Andrey Gyurov and Georgi Kandev for president and vice president is being officially established today. The nominations are for the upcoming elections scheduled for October 25.

The two candidates announced their participation in the race for "Dondukov 2" on September 1, kicking off their campaign from the city of Gotse Delchev. The committee includes prominent public figures, among them civic leaders, writers, and intellectuals.

At this moment, "We Continue the Change" and "Democratic Bulgaria" have not yet made an official decision regarding their support for the candidacies of Gyurov and Kandev.
