For 23 years now, in the picturesque town of Pomorie, the Community Center "Prosveata 1888" maintains one of the most valuable traditions – to gather children and their parents on the Feast of the Presentation of the Blessed Virgin Mary. This is a moment in which they remember together how important family virtues are and what faith gives to each of us. In the Bulgarian folk calendar, this day is also designated as the Day of the Christian Family and Orthodox youth, giving us the opportunity to reflect on the foundations of our culture and spiritual values.

The preparations for the holiday this year have begun long ago. On November 21, 2025, a Friday afternoon, the doors of the community center will open at 4:00 PM for all those wishing to immerse themselves in the festive atmosphere. The team of the community center has planned a special program, which promises to delight both the youngest and their parents. In addition to musical performances and artistic moments, the organizers have also prepared surprises for all those present.

After the end of the concert, the atmosphere will be moved to the street. Children and parents will walk together along the path to the church "Holy Nativity of the Theotokos". There, amidst the silence and peace of the temple, everyone will have the opportunity to light a candle, to reflect on their deeds and to share their thoughts with the priest. This is a moment of humility and unity, which reflects the essence of the holiday. Thus, a beautiful and significant tradition will be continued, passed down from generation to generation.
