The documentary series "Images of Bulgaria", produced by "Travel TV", will be broadcast on Bulgarian National Television (BNT) from the beginning of March. The series showcases the beauty of nearly 40 Bulgarian municipalities, emphasizing their history, culture, traditions, modernity, and tourist attractions.

The project was realized over a period of ten years and each episode was filmed in the four seasons, presenting the respective municipality as a business card. The production features directors and cinematographers of documentary films, including Rosen Nenov, Neno Marinov, Alexander Dukhtev, and Viktor Dimchev.

The series includes extensive aerial shots, as well as time-lapse photography, filmed over several days, which complements the 4K quality of the production. Key highlights include objects from the UNESCO lists, Bulgarian festivals and gatherings, prominent artists, sporting events, and cultural monuments.

The first part of the series also includes the film about the archaeological site Heraclea Sintica, presenting the find as an official promotion of the ancient city.
