Second edition of the student beach volleyball tournament in Burgas
A total of 24 teams from 14 Burgas educational institutions took part in the second edition of the beach volleyball tournament. The sports event was organized by the Youth International Center-Burgas and the "Beach Volley Burgas" Volleyball Club.
The matches took place on May 30 and 31 at the "Sport Toto Beach Arena Burgas" courts. The participants demonstrated exceptional sports skills, beautiful plays, and above all – sportsmanship and fair play.
"The most important thing was the sportsmanship that the competitors demonstrated throughout the entire tournament."
Boys' rankings:
- 1st place: Commercial High School (for the second consecutive year)
- 2nd place: "Georgi S. Rakovski" English Language School
- 3rd place: "Kolyo Ficheto" High School of Civil Engineering, Architecture and Geodesy
Girls' rankings:
- 1st place: "Georgi S. Rakovski" English Language School
- 2nd place: "Acad. Nikola Obreshkov" High School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering
- 3rd place: "Goethe" German Language School
Due to the high level of interest, the organizers are planning for the next edition of the tournament to grow into a regional student championship. Traditionally, the event is held on the last weekend of May.

Абе, хора, викам си аз... честно. Радвам се за децата, разбира се! Супер е, че имат възможност да спортуват на плажа, особено в Бургас – там е хубаво и морето е близо, кой би отказа? Но тая цифра с 20 отбора от 14 училища... ама каква математика е това бе?! Не съм учил математика много добре в училище (извинете, учители!), но дори и аз виждам, че нещо не се връзва.
Абе хора, здравейте! 😃 Видях новината за плажния волей в Бургас и наистина, супер яко е! Браво на организаторите, че подкрепят младежите да спортуват - това е много важно! Особено като се има предвид какво време ни беше миналата година... 🥶

Евала за Бургас! 🇧🇬 Дана повече градове да правят такива събития - младите трябва да са активни, а плажния волей е супер за летните месеци. Много яко! Не знам какви са титлите и кои са победителите, ама все тая, важното е децата да се забавляват и да спортуват. 💪 Иначе Гешко прав - малко странна изглежда тая сметка с отборите и училищата... май ня
