Burgas will be immersed in nostalgia this evening with the concert _With the Songs of Burgas_, which will be held in the Summer Theatre, starting at 7:30 PM.

Tickets for the event are free, but they secure a seat for everyone wishing to enjoy this unique musical spectacle.

Organized by the Burgas Municipality, the concert is a tribute to the emblematic Burgas artists, whose songs will fill the Summer Theatre.

Program

The program includes unforgettable hits, whose authorship includes composers Stefan Diomov, Georgi Naydenov – Gogo, Konstantin Tashev and Ivan Kolarov, in combination with the poetry of Nedyalko Yordanov, Vanyo Valchev, Peyo Panteleev, Hristo Fotev, Petia Dubarova and Ivan Vanev.

Under the baton of the Burgas native Maestro Georgi Miltiadov, whose new arrangements will add a contemporary shine to the classic melodies, a symphony orchestra and band will create a musical atmosphere that will take the audience on an exciting journey through time.

Performers

The audience is expected to enjoy performances of emblematic songs such as _The Boy Who Speaks to the Sea_, _Don"t Grow Old, Love_, _Telephone Love_, _My Manly Girl_, _Night Over the City_, _The Hill with the Mad Grass_, _There Was in Burgas_, _Hello, How Are You, Friend?_ , _Burgas Evenings_ and many others.

Some of the most beloved Bulgarian performers will take the stage: Orlin Goranov, Margarita Hranova, Panayot Panayotov, Eva Naydenova, the _Five Seasons_ group, Dani Ognyanov, Mariana Dobreva – Veleva, Veniamin Dimitrov and Viktoria Glavcheva.

Mina Ilieva, Georgi Kiriakov and Teodor Karakachanov will host the concert, introducing the audience to the creative path of the Burgas authors.

Actor Dimitar Marinov will make a special appearance.

The script is by Maestro Stefan Diomov, the director is Radoy Nikolov.

The concert is part of the Burgas Municipality"s initiative in support of the city_q_s candidacy for European Capital of Culture 2032 and is included in the project proposal under procedure BG-RRP-11.021 – Grant Scheme _New Generation of Local Cultural Policies for Large Municipalities_.
