The company "Kaiser Automotive Systems Bulgaria" Ltd. is actively recruiting highly qualified specialists for its production plant in Pleven. Manager Boris Venkov revealed to BTA the company's strategic intentions for expansion and personnel selection.

A key focus in the company's personnel policy is the team leader position. According to Venkov, this employee performs a multi-functional role – working directly in the production process and simultaneously managing administrative activities. The recommended model involves teams with a maximum of twelve people, with each team having its own leader.

The profile of sought-after personnel includes engineers with diverse specializations – mechanical engineering, automation, mechatronics. Excellent English language skills are mandatory, with knowledge of German considered an additional advantage. Experience in the automotive industry is desirable but not mandatory.

The upcoming production expansion necessitates attracting polymer specialists, including chemical engineers. The company plans to create a product testing center that will require experts with experience in the entire product lifecycle – from design to final stage.

Boris Venkov outlines three main directions in personnel selection. The first includes customer service specialists, the second covers technical experts for preparing future production processes, and the third are employees directly involved in production, responsible for optimization and quality.

The Bulgarian division of "Kaiser" was founded in 2024 and currently has a team of about 120 employees. Ambitious plans foresee reaching full capacity with approximately 600 workers by 2028.

The company has a rich history, dating back to 1709 as a wool products factory. Since 1960, it has successfully entered the automotive sector, owning thirteen international production bases in nine countries.

Parallel to recruiting personnel, the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy announced the measure "I Choose Bulgaria", which can help attract Bulgarian specialists who have returned from abroad or wish to work outside major cities.

The strategy of "Kaiser Automotive Systems Bulgaria" demonstrates significant potential for growth and innovation in the manufacturing sector, with a focus on attracting young, ambitious, and highly qualified professionals.
