An innovative Bulgarian company "Kashif" - a leader in mechanical engineering with care for employees

Company "Kyashif" EOOD continues to expand its team and production capacity by actively seeking highly qualified specialists in the field of mechanical engineering. Among the key positions that the company is currently filling are engineering positions, including designers, robotic system operators, and professional welders.

According to the founder eng. Kyashif Kyashif, who has been managing the family business for 45 years, the company has achieved significant growth in its human resources. Since the beginning of the current year, 60 new employees have been hired, and the total number of employees exceeds 500 people in the four production locations in Kardzhali and Dzhebell.

The educational structure of the staff is extremely strong - over 100 employees have higher education. Understanding the challenges of the labor market, management is seriously investing in professional development of personnel. A specialized in-house training center has been created, which provides additional qualification for employees.

Strategic partnership with educational institutions is another key element of the HR policy of "Kyashif". The company has signed dual training contracts with two vocational high schools in the region - the Professional High School of Electronics and Electrical Engineering "Captain Petko Voivoda" in Kardzhali and the Professional High School "Ruska Peeva" in Dzhebell.

The company's production profile is focused on manufacturing hydraulic cylinders with an extremely wide range - from the smallest to the largest models, practically applicable to all existing machines worldwide. The technological approach relies on high-tech solutions, including innovative methods such as friction welding.

The company continues its active expansion by building a fourth factory in Dzhebell and expanding production facilities in Kardzhali. Plans include creating a separate painting workshop with the implementation of robotic machines for large-scale cylinder production.

The ecological policy of "Kyashif" is among its priorities - from this year, all four factories are powered by their own photovoltaic power plants. Currently, a project is being developed to build battery systems that will allow storage and internal consumption of generated electricity.

Parallel to corporate initiatives, the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy has launched a national program "I Choose Bulgaria", which supports the return of Bulgarian citizens from abroad and encourages internal mobility to smaller settlements.
