On 10.07.2025, a large-scale information campaign was officially announced, which attracted significant interest among the non-governmental sector. More than 300 representatives of civil organizations participated in a series of specialized events aimed at explaining application procedures.

The events were structured around key thematic areas, including European values, social inclusion, and strategic communication. Participants received detailed information about partnership building opportunities and the specifics of the competitive procedure.

Organizers from the "Workshop for Civic Initiatives" Foundation and the "Open Society Institute - Sofia" Foundation provide additional support. Until October 10, 2025, interested organizations can hold partnership meetings in the offices of the institutions.

The application deadline for the "Partnership" fund is precisely fixed - October 15, 2025, until 5:00 pm

The "PACT" project is implemented in partnership between the Open Society Institute - Sofia, the "Workshop for Civic Initiatives" Foundation, and the European Civil Action Service. Funding is provided with the support of the European Union under the "Citizens, Equality, Rights and Values" program (CERV).

All presentations and recordings from the information days and webinars are publicly accessible, which further facilitates communication with potential candidates.
