A key meeting of the Social Partnership Council was held at the headquarters of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, led by Deputy Minister Filip Popov. The participants included senior officials from various directorates and union representatives who discussed strategic issues related to internal management.
The main focus of the discussion was improving the material and technical support for employees. Union organizations raised urgent questions about optimizing police clothing supplies and introducing modern inventory management systems.
Experts from the "Coordination and Information-Analytical Activity" Directorate presented a detailed plan for comprehensive digitalization of internal document circulation. They thoroughly explained the functional characteristics of the new electronic system, which is expected to increase the efficiency of administrative work.
As an innovative proposal, Deputy Minister Popov presented the idea of forming an extraordinary operational body. This new consultative mechanism will bring together union leaders and management personnel from the ministry, with plans to meet monthly outside the standard regulations of the Social Partnership Council.
