Huge interest in the start of Giro d’Italia in Burgas

Burgas is anticipating one of the most prestigious sporting events in the world of cycling. Hours before the official presentation of the participating teams in Giro d’Italia, kilometer-long queues formed around the Summer Theater, and all available tickets were sold out in a matter of minutes.

"The atmosphere is incredible; the city is living to the rhythm of big-time cycling," shared enthusiasts who came to support their favorites.

Where to watch the ceremony?

To ensure no sports fan is left disappointed, the Municipality of Burgas has taken special measures. Two large LED zones have been organized for fans:

  • Next to the Georgi Kaloyanchev monument – live broadcast of the ceremony.
  • Atanas Sirekov Square (in front of the Municipality) – live broadcast of the event.

It is important to note that the screen in front of the Municipal building will remain available to citizens over the coming days (May 8 and 9), so that fans can follow the stages of the Giro d’Italia in real time.

Important information for visitors to the Summer Theater

The doors of the Summer Theater open after 5:00 PM. The organizers remind attendees:

  • Access is permitted only with a valid paper or online ticket.
  • It is recommended to allow time for travel and seating before the start of the event at 6:00 PM.
