For the third consecutive year, the theater group “Pironche” has won first place at the National German-Language Theater Festival “The Curtain Rises in German” – an achievement without precedent!

This year's festival, organized by the Goethe-Institut Bulgaria, with the support of the Ministry of Education and Science and the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany, was held in the city of Ruse and brought together 9 theater groups from across the country, united by the theme “My Place in Society”.

Amidst strong competition and inspiring performances, the ten talented students once again proved that when talent meets diligence and inspiration – the result is true art. It is particularly impressive that the young theater artists created their own script – original, profound, and emotionally charged. With it, they didn't just participate, they captivated the stage and the audience.

“Well-structured script”, “incredible stage presence”, “a real experience” – these were just some of the exclamations that accompanied their performance.

Even more moving recognition came from the participants in the festival themselves, some of whom shared that they were eagerly awaiting to see the performance of Burgas. This is recognition not only for talent, but also for the spirit that “Pironche” carries.

Behind this success stand the inspiring leaders of the group – Mrs. Pirova and Mrs. Oncheva. With professionalism, dedication, and unwavering support, they don't just teach, they inspire, build personalities, and create a space in which young people can discover and express themselves.
