Water company ViK Burgas is repairing broken asbestos-cement pipes in Karnobat municipality. Supply will stop at four sites, two of them in Asparuhovo and Ognen.
Water will be cut today, 7 October 2026, in several villages in Karnobat municipality because of bursts on asbestos-cement water pipes, the Burgas water utility ViK said.
In the village of Asparuhovo, the water will be off from 08:30 to 17:00. In Ognen, it will be off from 09:00 to 12:00.
In a third village, repairs will run from 12:30 to 17:00, and at a fourth site from 13:30 to 17:00. The notice does not name these places.
The company apologised to customers for the inconvenience.
