Milena Zaharieva and Radoslava Mitrova have created a specialized foundation that works purposefully on the prevention of traffic accidents involving children. Through a national study, they reveal an extremely alarming fact: parents pay more attention to choosing a stroller, crib, and diapers than a safe child car seat.

Their personal experience comes from their own parental challenges. "When our children were born, we initially chose seats that we quickly realized were not suitable," shares Radoslava Mitrova. One specific case illustrates the exceptional importance of a correctly chosen child seat. In a head-on collision that practically leaves no chance of survival, two-year-old Pepi emerges from the crash completely unharmed, precisely because of an adequately installed and certified seat.
