Burgas councillor Daniel Ivanov has asked mayor Dimitar Nikolov whether and when a stretch of Makedonia street in the city centre will be repaired. The stretch runs between Hristo Botev and William Gladstone streets. Ivanov attached photos of the road surface to his question.
Ivanov said residents of the area contacted him. They say the street has been in poor shape for several years, with potholes, bumps and dips on the road and in the paid parking bays.
The question says this stretch was left out of repairs, while the rest of the street beyond William Gladstone was repaired and resurfaced again only recently. Ivanov says people are asking why the work did not cover the whole street.
The councillor wants the city administration to say whether it plans to repair the stretch and, if so, by when.

Абе, "Уилям Гладстон"... кой помни такива имена по тия улици? Да си оправят трамваите първо, че все нещо се чупи!
