Thirteen people were killed and at least five wounded when a Russian jet-powered drone hit a railway station in Dnipro on 29 October, said Oleksandr Ganzha, head of the Dnipropetrovsk regional state administration.
Ukraine's state railway company Ukrzaliznytsia said the drone struck a platform where train No. 866 Dnipro – Zaporizhzhia was standing. In its official statement, the company said: "Despite the announced heightened danger, there were people on the platform. There are dead and wounded."
Ganzha first said the enemy had attacked a transport infrastructure site in Dnipro. He later gave the number of victims.
Rescuers, medics and law enforcement officers are at the scene.
