Putin and Propaganda: New Statements and Military Goals

Russian propaganda has once again activated its mechanisms, aggressively disseminating statements made by Vladimir Putin to the military. The dictator, in his typical manner, has again relied on the well-trodden paths of propaganda, repeating the clichés that have served as justification for the Kremlin's actions for years. The focus again falls on the so-called "goals" and the need to "protect the Russians".

In his speech, which quickly circulated through information channels, Putin attempted to revive his already exhausted arguments, justifying the start of the full-scale aggression. He stated that "the decisions made in February 2022 were correct and timely". This declaration comes against the backdrop of the ongoing war, whose consequences are felt throughout the world. Putin again promised to "achieve all the goals", but once again left unanswered the question of what exactly these "goals" represent. In the fourth year of military actions, the lack of specifics and clarity in the Kremlin's definitions continues to raise questions.

In an attempt to strengthen his position and attract new recruits to the army, Putin tried to present an optimistic picture of the situation at the front. Behind these words, however, lies a cruel reality – thousands of soldiers who lose their lives every day because of the dictator's imperial ambitions. The atmosphere prevailing at the places of the events is heavy with grief and uncertainty.

These statements not only show the continuing aggressive policy of the Kremlin but also directly contradict previous messages that gave signals of "readiness for peace". This is a clear sign that Moscow does not intend to end the war, but on the contrary – is preparing society for its continuation.
