Prosecutorial College Dismisses Prosecutor Daniela Taleva

The Prosecutors' College of the Supreme Judicial Council (SJC) made an important decision that will have an impact on the work of the judicial system. The College relieved Daniela Taleva of her key function as a prosecutor in charge of investigating crimes allegedly committed by the Chief Prosecutor and his deputies.

This release, which comes after two full years during which Taleva performed this delicate task, was ordered from December 7th.
