Forty-eight volleyball players from 24 countries are gathering this week at Venid Beach in Sveti Vlas to participate in the prestigious tournament from the Beach Pro Tour world series. The host country Bulgaria will be represented by 12 pairs, who will face teams from Austria, England, Argentina, Belgium, Germany, Greece, Estonia, Spain, Italy, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Romania, the USA, Slovakia, Slovenia, Serbia, Ukraine, Hungary, France, the Czech Republic, and Scotland. The semifinals and finals of the tournament are scheduled for Sunday. The event is organized under the auspices of Volleyball World, the European Volleyball Confederation (CEV) and the Bulgarian Volleyball Federation (BVF), and the Municipality of Nessebar is among the partners.
From June 24 to 26, the annual Beach Pro Tour tournament is held in the resort town of Sveti Vlas. The competition features teams from 24 countries, and the Bulgarian Volleyball Federation is among the organizers of the event.
