The upcoming celebration will mark the 188th anniversary of the birth of one of the most significant Bulgarian national heroes – Vasil Ivanov Kunchev, known as Vasil Levski. The local administration of Pomorie has developed a special program that will present different aspects of the Apostle's life and revolutionary activity.
Cultural initiatives include organizing a national poetry contest and recital, which will provide an opportunity for young talents to express their reverence for Levski's heroism. The event aims not only to preserve historical memory but also to ignite the patriotic spirit among the younger generation.
