In a spectacular display of skill and teamwork, the team from the Regional Directorate for Fire Safety and Civil Protection - Pleven decisively prevailed over the competition, dominating both key events. This success brought them not only prestigious awards but also recognition for the highest professional mastery in Bulgaria.

Great Interest in the Third Edition of the Tournament

The competition, which is held for the third consecutive year, attracted great interest and brought together the best firefighters in the country. Five other elite teams joined the race, giving their all in an attempt to fight for first place. The tension was palpable, and adrenaline was in the air as the teams fought for every second. In second place, immediately after the champions from Pleven, was last year's winner - the team of Burgas firefighters. Third place was taken by their colleagues from Stara Zagora, who also showed excellent preparation.

The tournament was organized by the Regional Directorate for Fire Safety and Civil Protection - Burgas and the sports club for fire-applied sports - Burgas, under the watchful leadership of the Bulgarian Federation of Fire-Applied Sports. The official opening ceremony was held in the presence of a number of high-ranking guests, including the regional governor of the Burgas region - **Vladimir Krumov**, Senior Commissioner **Stoyan Kolev** - Director of RDPSCP Stara Zagora, Commissioner **Marin Dimitrov** - Head of the "Security Police and Traffic Police" Department at ODMVR Burgas and **Georgi Mihalev** - representative of "LUKOIL Neftochim".

The start of the fierce competitions was given by Senior Commissioner **Nikolay Nikolaev** - Director of RDPSCP Burgas. The competition in the discipline "Combat Deployment from a Motor Pump" was particularly attractive and full of emotions, where the participants demonstrated impressive skills and lightning-fast reactions. The fire-applied sport, which is extremely dynamic and spectacular, recreates elements of the daily and risky work of firefighters, while also requiring precision, physical endurance, and perfect coordination.
