The Patent Office of the Republic of Bulgaria, in cooperation with the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), announces that the acceptance of applications for Voucher 3, intended to support patenting in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), has been temporarily suspended. The reason is the depletion of the financial resources envisaged for this program.
However, SMEs can still apply for other types of vouchers offered by EUIPO and the Patent Office. These include Voucher 1 for preliminary diagnosis of intellectual property and its enforcement, Voucher 2 for trademarks and design, as well as Voucher 4 for new plant varieties.
