Nissan today unveiled the updated 2025 Murano, revealing the premium design and rich set of new features of the mid-size crossover. The new Murano will be sold exclusively in the US and Canada in early 2025.
Stunning design
The new Murano builds on Nissan's design theme - energetic elegance - with a sleek and modern exterior accentuated by 21-inch wheels, full-width LED taillights and two-tone paintwork. The interior is equally impressive, with soft-touch, finely detailed materials, two 12.3-inch high-definition displays, and upscale features such as 64-color ambient lighting and massaging front seats.
Exceptional peace of mind
The 2025 Murano provides driver confidence and control with the standard Nissan Safety Shield 360 package. ProPILOT Assist and ProPILOT Assist 1.1 help to streamline highway driving. Two new cameras for Murano: Invisible Hood View, which allows a virtual view through the engine bay for precise navigation, and 3D Around View Monitor, which provides eight virtual vantage points around the vehicle when parking.
Seamless intuitive connectivity
Staying connected while on the go is more important than ever, and Murano meets this requirement with built-in Google, including up-to-date Google Maps and other apps, on the 12.3-inch touchscreen. The system is paired with a Bose 10-speaker audio system.
Smooth power with confident control
The new Murano is powered by a 2.0-liter VC-Turbo engine with 241 horsepower and 260 lb-ft of torque, an increase of 20 lb-ft compared to the previous model. The engine is coupled with a 9-speed automatic transmission with paddle shifters. Start-stop system is standard.
The new Murano is available with front-wheel drive or Intelligent All-Wheel Drive. Frequency-sensitive dampers and electric power steering have been added for better ride and handling.
Like the previous model, the new 2025 Nissan Murano will be produced in Smyrna, Tennessee. Prices will be announced before sales begin. This is the third all-new Nissan model introduced for the US and Canada, following the Kicks in August and Armada in September, as part of The Arc business plan.
