New transport connections for Sozopol Municipality

From June 29, 2026, Sozopol Municipality is introducing changes to the transport scheme, ensuring better connectivity between the municipal center and the settlements of Varshilo and Indzhe Voyvoda. The initiative is led by Mayor Tihomir Yanakiev in partnership with "Sozopol Bus".

The goal of the new transport scheme is to facilitate residents' access to administrative, health, and educational services in the town of Sozopol.

Line schedule

  • Sozopol – Varshilo: Operates every Monday and Tuesday.
  • Sozopol – Indzhe Voyvoda: Operates every Wednesday and Thursday.

The buses run year-round, although lines do not operate during public holidays and weekends. Please note that the stated times are approximate and may vary depending on traffic intensity.

The service provides reliable transport for the residents of Chernomorets, Prisad, Zidarovo, Gabar, Varshilo, and Krushevets. We recommend that travelers allow for extra time due to potential traffic congestion along the route.
