Nesebar council will start taking applications for its "Together for Old Nesebar" programme on 1 October 2026. The money comes entirely from the town's own budget, through the municipal culture fund.

The programme backs projects to restore historic buildings and open them to the public, plus educational and cultural events held outside the busy summer season. It's aimed at owners of property in Nesebar's Old Town who want to fix up and look after their buildings, or run cultural and educational events there.

The goal is to protect the Old Town's heritage and put it on show.

Applications will be accepted from 1 to 30 October 2026. People can hand in their documents at Nesebar's public service centre or send them online with a qualified electronic signature. Details on the programme's rules and the paperwork needed are on the council's website and at the tourist information centres.
