The Ministry of Tourism, at the initiative of the outgoing Minister Miroslav Borshosh, proposes a new discussion of the Draft Law for the amendment and supplementation of the Tourism Act.

The proposal has been made to the Tourism Committee in the 51st National Assembly and provides for the inclusion of all stakeholders, especially the branch associations in the sector “tour operator and travel agency activity”.

The emphasis is on the opinions on the creation of a Tourist Guarantee Fund, providing for their thorough consideration before the second vote on the draft law.
