The top team from Old Trafford is ready to invest serious funds in strengthening its attacking line by sending an official third consecutive offer for Cameroonian footballer Bryan Mbeumo.
According to the latest information, the transfer offer includes a base amount of 65 million pounds, which can increase by an additional 5 million pounds upon achieving certain conditions. The club from West London - Brentford, has not yet entered into negotiations regarding the proposal.
Manchester United's management demonstrates exceptional confidence in its desire to attract the 25-year-old striker before the upcoming tour in the United States. Coach Ruben Amorium expects to work with the new addition during the pre-season preparation in Chicago.
Mbeumo was extremely impressive in the past football season, scoring 20 goals in the English championship. His performance attracted the attention of several leading teams, including Tottenham, led by former Brentford coach Thomas Frank.
Despite interest from various clubs, the player himself prefers to join Manchester United, which further strengthens the team's negotiating position.
Parallel to negotiations for Mbeumo, the club's management has already completed two significant transfers - attracting striker Mateus Cunha and defender Diego Leon.
A potential realization of the deal could lead to substantial changes in the team's tactical setup. Captain Bruno Fernandes will most likely be moved to a deeper position, while Cunha is expected to take a place among the inside forwards.
This transfer further reduces the chances of returning to the first team for four current strikers - Marcus Rashford, Alejandro Garnacho, Jadon Sancho, and Antony, who are currently outside the coaching staff's plans.
Manchester United will open the new football season with a match against Arsenal at Old Trafford Stadium on August 17, with all expectations related to the potential performance of the new addition Bryan Mbeumo.
The club's transfer strategy clearly demonstrates an intention to significantly improve attacking potential, after an extremely weak result of just 44 goals in the past season - the lowest scoring rate since the team's last relegation in 1973-74.
