Classics and coziness at Expo Center "Flora"

For its loyal fans and guests of the city, the State Opera – Burgas presents the first event in the series of chamber concerts at Expo Center "Flora". In the heart of the Sea Garden, just meters from the sea, an unforgettable July evening awaits you.

The chamber format of the presentation aims to create a sense of coziness, shared emotion, and full immersion into the world of music.

Program of the "One World" concert

The soloists of the Burgas Opera will perform on stage: Nona Krastnikova (soprano), Maria Yurkovska (mezzo-soprano), and Yana Marinova (piano). The program includes:

  • P. I. Tchaikovsky: Duet of Tatyana and Olga from "Eugene Onegin", arias, "Net tolko", "Otchego", "Ya li v pole", and French songs (Op. 65).
  • Gabriel Fauré: "Après un rêve", "Au bord de l’eau", "Ici-bas", and "Puisqu’ici-bas".
  • Dmitri Shostakovich: The first two duets from the cycle of songs based on Jewish folk poetry.
