The Chairman of the Consumer Protection Commission approved the trade union leader's proposal for greater price transparency. According to the Commission, displaying additional price elements such as the delivery price will help consumers better understand how the final price of goods is formed. The Commission recalls that it has already put forward a similar idea in February, aimed at obliging traders to state the price at which they purchased the goods from the supplier, as a reference for the consumer. The Commission remains firmly committed to ensuring more informed choice and fair trading practices.
